How do I get my personal code?
Request a place first. If approved, you receive a unique code like PG-7K4M2Q with your ticket price and payment instructions. Include your full name and PG code in your transfer reference. Use the same code or QR for entry after payment confirmation.
Who can attend?
Guests aged 18 or older. Every event requires a fresh application and approval, even if you attended before. Bring valid photo ID.
When do I see the price and location?
Your assigned ticket price and bank details appear after approval. The exact location appears only after the organizer confirms your payment.
How long do I have to pay?
The standard windows are 72 hours for early bird and normal tickets, and 24 hours for late tickets. The organizer can configure a different window for an event; your exact deadline always appears in your account. An unpaid place is released when the deadline passes.
How do notifications work?
Your status updates here. The organizer can also contact you through WhatsApp and email. Check your account for the latest status, personal code, payment deadline and ticket confirmation.
Can I bring a friend?
Not automatically. After attending an earlier edition, you can request permission to invite one friend per event. They need their own account and separate approval. Their personal code is issued only after approval.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Guest cancellations are not refundable and tickets are personal. If the organizer cancels an event, contact us for the cancellation arrangements before accepting an alternative.
