This page explains how PerugiaParty uses your personal information when you create an account, request an invitation or attend an event.

Who manages your information

The organizer of PerugiaParty manages the information collected through this website. For privacy questions, contact @perugiaparty on Instagram.

Information we collect

• Your account identifier, full name, date of birth, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Your house rules acceptance, referral and any optional Instagram handle or introduction you choose to provide.
• Your personal guest codes, applications, approval or waitlist status, ticket type, price, payment deadline and payment confirmation.
• Your personal ticket code and event check in record.
• Friend invitation requests and information you provide about the friend you would like to invite. Please have their permission before sharing their contact details.
• Organizer notes relating to applications and attendance, account session records, verification attempts and security logs.

We do not collect payment card details, bank passwords or copies of your identity document through the website. An identity document is checked at the event entrance.

Why we use this information

We use your details to manage your account, verify that events are suitable for adults, review invitations, contact you about an application, match your bank transfer to your ticket and manage entry. Previous attendance helps us assess future applications and eligibility to request a friend invitation. Security records help prevent reused codes, shared tickets and unauthorized access.

Account and event processing supports your request to participate and the administration of your booking. Security and fair guest management support the organizer’s legitimate interests. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it by contacting the organizer. Optional profile details are not required for creating a basic account. We do not use event contact details to subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Account information and corrections

Your name and date of birth are locked after they are saved to reduce account sharing and keep tickets connected to the correct person. This does not prevent you from requesting a correction. Contact the organizer if those details are wrong. Email and WhatsApp changes require account verification before they take effect.

Only one guest browser session can be active at a time. Activating your account in another browser ends access from the previous session. These controls do not replace the identity check at the door.

Who can access your information

You can view your own account, applications and tickets. The organizer can access the guest list and related records. Other guests cannot view your profile. Prices are revealed after approval and private event locations are revealed after payment confirmation.

The website uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and storage. ChatGPT handles the currently available sign in process. When email verification is enabled, the configured email provider processes the address and verification message. WhatsApp and email services handle messages sent through their platforms. Your bank processes any transfer you make outside this website.

We do not sell your personal information. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable privacy terms and safeguards govern the processing they perform.

How long information is kept

Account details support future applications while your account is in use. Application, payment and attendance records are retained while needed to complete the event, handle questions or disputes and meet applicable record keeping obligations. Security records are kept only as needed to investigate and prevent misuse. Deletion is handled by the organizer; this website does not currently have an automatic deletion schedule.

Cookies and similar storage

Essential cookies support sign in and the active account session. Temporary browser storage may support your account flow. No advertising trackers or analytics services have been added by PerugiaParty. The hosting and authentication platforms may use their own essential technology.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access your information, correct inaccurate details, request deletion, restrict certain processing or object where applicable. You may also request a portable copy of information where that right applies. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or handle a claim.

Contact the organizer using the details above. We may need to confirm that a request comes from the account holder. You can also raise a concern with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or your relevant supervisory authority.

Backups

Private operational backups protect profiles, requests, tickets and payment records. We keep the latest 30 copies. Login sessions and verification codes are not backed up. Backups are available only to the organizer; older copies are removed as new ones are created.

Photos from events

If you have a concern about an event photo showing you, contact the organizer and identify the image. Permission to use an identifiable photo for promotion is handled separately from providing information for a ticket.

Updates

This notice may change when the website’s features or providers change. The date at the top shows the latest update.

Event conditions

Events are for guests aged 18 and over. Every edition requires a new application and approval. Tickets are personal and cannot be transferred. Guest cancellations and missed attendance are not refundable. If the organizer cancels an event, contact the organizer for the applicable arrangements. These conditions do not override mandatory rights.
